Living Manuals has exhibited that skill-based workshops are in demand, effective, and sustainable. With your contributions, we will continue to strengthen the infrastructure that allows us to provide immersive experiences.
The Wellness
Retreat Center
Located just 27 miles south of San Diego, Mud and Lotus Baja is focused on interactively sharing practical and priceless information related to Yoga, Self Defense and over-all Wellness through our rustic-yet-cozy, low tech retreats here in beautiful Baja California, Mexico. Our facility is located on a 6acre plot of land that is a 45 second walk from the beach and beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Our farm at our wellness retreat center has been featured on PBS for its innovative health and wellness practices. All visitors and program participants are invited to participate in our yoga, permaculture, equestrian therapy, nature immersion, and self-defense curriculum.
We take a relaxed yet simultaneously potent approach to physical and mental flexibility, self-defense, and pertinent life skills.
Ultimately, we aim to equip you with valuable tools on your journey towards a more intentional and effective lifestyle.
